| Job Summary | The Center for Student Success in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment seeks a Director of First-Year Recruitment to lead the college’s efforts to attract and enroll incoming first-year students. This position develops, implements, and evaluates recruitment strategies across in-state and out-of-state territories and oversees the college’s undergraduate visit experience for prospective students and their families. About the Role The Director collaborates with college units, Enrollment Management, and external partners to strengthen recruitment pipelines and expand outreach efforts. The role also provides leadership for the College Ambassadors program and supports youth engagement and leadership initiatives that advance enrollment and student success.
