The Warehouse Operations Manager who will oversee all fabrication, warehousing, and distribution operations and is responsible for implementing operational policies and procedures for the warehouse and staff. The Manager analyzes and implements systems with process improvement as a measurement for success and is responsible for ensuring that all production jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Develop and enforce warehouse policies and standard operating procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize inbound and outbound shipments.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Manage warehouse budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee dispatch, picking, and storage of materials/products.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and safety of staff.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.

Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish Language required
- Manufacturing Warehouse Operations experience a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
