QMAP at Walsh Hospital District Healthcare Center – Walsh, Colorado

Responsible for assisting residents with all Activities of Daily Living. This includes all personal care, medicine distribution, cleaning of rooms and facility, dining hall duties and additional duties as instructed by Supervisor. Must follow established policies and procedures set forth by regulation.

Must obtain Medication Administration Training and Certification, in order to assist residents with their medications.
