Job Title: Epicor Administrator
Reports to: ERP Director Lori Parker
Position Status: Full Time
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Ensure all Epicor help desk tickets and development tasks are resolved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve errors within the Epicor system.
- Develop applications to enhance the manufacturing processes.
- Train users and develop SOP documents.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Must speak English. Bilingual skills are often necessary.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must have at least a bachelor’s degree and 5 years development experience working with Epicor ERP

- Epicor Certificates
