Logistics Operator at cargo-partner – Belgrade, wallonne, Région

What you´ll be doing:

• Correspondence with clients, processing and realization of incoming and outgoing orders, monitoring of goods flows
• Invoicing of logistics services and support to management in planning the organization of the invoicing process of "contract logistics – third part logistics" services
• Work on creating monthly and annual reports of the analysis of warehouse-logistics operations and distribution ("KPI" – reports on indicators of the success of the performance of services)
• Cooperation and support to transport departments in planning deliveries and organization of goods transport (communication with various distribution systems and courier services)
• Cooperation and support to the customs department in monitoring the flow of goods in the customs warehouse

Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
• Desirable 1-2 years of previous experience at same or similar positions
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package and the functions of the Warehouse Management System
• Good knowledge of customs documentation and customs warehousing procedures
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Accurate, self-initiative and self-confident personality
• Business orientation and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and motivating attitude
• Driving license level B
