Job Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by implementing and executing sales strategies across the Plumbing Department.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to increase sales performance and overall productivity.
- Train technicians on building customer rapport and presenting solutions that meet customer needs.
- Establish clear sales expectations and hold the team accountable to achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Partner with the Director of Operations to improve processes and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
- Monitor technician performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Manage team scheduling to effectively meet customer demand and seasonal fluctuations.
- Serve as a technical resource and support for field technicians when needed, including in-field coaching.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations at all times.
- Perform additional leadership and operational duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing service, repair, and local codes.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians to drive performance and revenue.
- Experience managing KPIs (revenue, average ticket, conversion, productivity).
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and manage team performance.
- Experience working with dispatch and operations teams.
- Proficient in ServiceTitan or similar software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recor.
- Organized, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
