Quality Clerk at Mechanical Equipment – Mandeville, Louisiana

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Clerk to join our team at our Mandeville facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Extracting, printing, and distributing records to produce manufacturing work orders and ECO packets (Engineering Change Orders).

Supporting the coordination, handling, and determination of the disposition of non-conforming product.

Maintaining the current calibration status of all measuring and test equipment in the system.

Supporting other functions of the Quality Group as necessary to maintain departmental efficiency and workload completion.

Participating in continuous improvement (CI) projects as assigned by the Quality Manager or CI Team, in order to improve quality system and business processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred in an associated field.

1+ years’ experience working directly within in a quality system role required.

Knowledge of raw material standards desirable.

Knowledge of material and component/parts related records, such as MTRs and certificates of compliance and similar, required.

Understanding and experience in continuous improvement measures, including root cause analysis and problem-solution development.

Working knowledge of basic mechanical parts and manufacturing systems is preferred.
