This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, ecommerce growth, and customer success, driving the adoption of next-generation AI agent technology for leading retail and online brands.
You will work directly with enterprise clients to launch, scale, and optimize AI-driven shopping experiences that improve conversion, revenue, and customer loyalty.
The environment is highly technical, fast-moving, and deeply data-driven, requiring strong commercial instincts and consultative client leadership.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realization.
This position offers high visibility, ownership of revenue outcomes, and the opportunity to shape an emerging AI Agents business line.
You will operate in a global, high-scale context where experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact are core to success.
You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment, adoption, and expansion of AI agent solutions across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, ensuring measurable business impact and revenue growth.
- Lead onboarding and activation of AI agent customers, ensuring smooth implementation and early success in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Own revenue outcomes for assigned accounts, including expansion, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth.
- Act as the strategic advisor for clients, guiding them on AI agent adoption, optimization, and business integration.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights, linking AI agent outcomes to KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to support new customer acquisition and strategic growth opportunities.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and product improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
This role requires a blend of AI product expertise, customer-facing experience, and strong commercial acumen, with the ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with AI agents or AI-powered products in a client-facing role.
- 3 to 5 plus years of experience in account management, customer success, solutions consulting, or account strategy within SaaS, AI, or data-driven environments.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing customer portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Consultative and proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-and-scale environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital experience platforms, or AI-driven personalization is highly desirable.
