Hotel Booking Specialist | Fully Remote at Aisle and Abroad – California

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Hotel Booking Specialist. This fully remote role supports clients with researching accommodations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring accurate booking details for a smooth travel experience.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and hospitality space. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.

• Assist clients with researching and selecting hotel accommodations based on preferences and travel needs
• Coordinate and confirm hotel reservations, including dates, room types, and guest details
• Respond to client inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property amenities
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications
• Provide follow-up support prior to arrival and after stay as needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using online booking systems and digital tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
