You will partner closely with People, IT, Finance, and cross-functional leaders to drive innovation and operational excellence. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines system ownership, team development, and enterprise-wide impact. You will help define the future of People systems by integrating automation, AI, and data-driven solutions into every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and long-term evolution of the People technology ecosystem, including core HR systems and integrated tools.
  • Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end People processes by identifying automation, workflow redesign, and AI-enabled opportunities.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI agents and intelligent workflows to transform employee lifecycle processes.
  • Manage system governance, ensuring integrity, security, compliance, and reliable data flows across HR systems and integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional programs and system implementations, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and serve as a trusted partner to internal leaders across People, IT, and Finance functions.
  • Guide and develop the People Technology team, ensuring strong delivery, prioritization, and operational maturity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in People Technology, HRIS, or HR systems management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced expertise in Workday, including core HCM and at least one functional module such as Compensation, Time Off, or Reporting.
  • Strong experience building integrations, automations, and workflows using platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Proven experience designing or deploying AI-driven or agentic workflows within HR or People systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end system implementations and cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HR data, compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA), and People operations processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise HR ecosystems and familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Qualtrics, Gem, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous innovation in People systems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary aligned with geographic market, with ranges up to 215,000 USD depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for annual company-wide bonus program based on performance outcomes.
  • Equity participation through RSUs in a growing, remote-first organization.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents.
  • Generous paid time off, flexible vacation, paid holidays, and sabbatical opportunities.
  • Family support benefits including paid parental leave and inclusive caregiving programs.
  • Wellness support including mental health resources, coaching, and therapy access.
  • Retirement savings support including 401(k) with employer matching in applicable regions.
  • Monthly stipends supporting home office, wellness, and work-life needs.
  • Remote-first culture with flexibility and strong emphasis on trust, autonomy, and collaboration.
