Product Design Manager, Platforms, Plan, and Analytics

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Design Manager, Platforms, Plan, and Analytics in Ireland.

This is a high-impact design leadership role focused on shaping the user experience of complex, enterprise-scale platform capabilities within a leading DevSecOps environment. You will guide and grow a team of product designers while driving the UX vision for the Plan and Analytics stages, where strategy, collaboration, and AI-driven planning converge. The role blends people leadership with hands-on design direction, ensuring high-quality execution while advancing long-term experience strategy. You will partner closely with product and engineering leaders to define how teams plan, prioritize, and translate ideas into delivery. A key focus will be exploring how AI transforms early-stage software development workflows into more intelligent, connected systems. This is an opportunity to influence foundational product experiences used by millions of users in a highly innovative, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and grow a distributed team of product designers, ensuring high-quality UX delivery across the Plan and Analytics domains.
  • Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for large-scale enterprise platform experiences.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic UX opportunities across product areas, collaborating with other design leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Guide and review design and research work, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with product goals.
  • Champion user research initiatives spanning multiple product stages to inform strategic product direction.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap prioritization and product decision-making.
  • Drive UX quality improvements through initiatives such as UX scorecards, usability enhancements, and defect resolution.
  • Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing, globally distributed design team.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, including leadership or management roles in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven experience managing remote design teams working on large, technical platforms.
  • Strong background in designing AI-enabled or AI-enhanced experiences, ideally within software development lifecycle tools.
  • Deep experience working on enterprise SaaS or platform products at scale.
  • Ability to define strategic UX direction while also understanding detailed design execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience influencing Product Management and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of visual design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience driving organizational and product-level change through design leadership.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (e.g., platform collaboration tools like Git-based systems).
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to inspire, align, and grow design talent in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with equity compensation and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with global collaboration.
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave policies.
  • Home office support and setup allowances.
  • Professional growth funding for learning, training, and development.
  • Employee stock purchase plan and performance-based incentives.
  • Inclusive, values-driven culture with strong focus on collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Opportunity to shape AI-powered enterprise software experiences at global scale.
