Position at a glance
Role | Lead residential and commercial moving crews across DFW and help set the standard for safety, pace, and customer service. |
Comp | Typical overall earnings: $26-$32/hr (base pay + daily tips + performance bonuses). On-call pay: +$5/hr when called in. Weekly pay every Friday. |

Schedule | Early starts are common. Most days run 8-12 hours depending on job size and drive time. Expect stairs, summer heat, long carries, tight spaces, and hands-on work inside customers' homes and businesses. |

What you will do
• Lead residential and commercial moving crews.
• Pack, pad, protect, load, and unload customer belongings safely and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles as assigned and keep jobsites organized, safe, and on pace.
• Deliver a high-end customer experience from arrival to final placement.
What we need from you
• Ability to repeatedly lift 75 lbs and handle long, physical workdays.
• 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record; must meet company insurance requirements.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Moving, delivery, box truck, warehouse, or crew-lead experience is a strong plus.

• You cannot consistently show up on time or work long, physical, customer-facing days.
• You cannot meet the screening, license, or driving requirements.
