JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
We are seeking an experienced and business‑oriented Global Head – Digital & IT to lead and scale our global Digital & IT Services Vertical, encompassing end‑to‑end software engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, and enterprise/product engineering services.
This is a senior executive leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for defining strategy, driving global revenue growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and building long‑term strategic customer relationships.
The role leads onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple geographies and technology stacks, serving global clients across industries.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic & Practice Leadership
Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for the Digital & IT verticalBuild and scale service offerings across application engineering, cloud, and platform modernizationIdentify market opportunities, technology trends, and partnership ecosystems to drive growthEstablish a strong Digital & IT brand and differentiated value proposition in the marketFull P&L Ownership
Own complete P&L responsibility for the Digital & IT verticalDrive revenue growth, margin expansion, utilization, and operational efficiencyLead annual operating planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governanceTrack and deliver business KPIs related to growth, profitability, quality, and customer outcomesGlobal Customer & Commercial Leadership
Develop and manage executive-level relationships with global customersLead large-scale deal pursuits, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiationsAct as a trusted partner to customers on digital transformation and IT modernization initiativesPartner with sales, alliances, and solution teams to grow existing accounts and win new logosGlobal Delivery & Operations Management

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline15–20 years of experience in IT services, software engineering, or digital transformationSignificant experience managing large-scale global delivery organizationsProven experience owning P&L or large revenue portfolios within an IT or digital services organizationLeadership & Behavioral Competencies
