Title: CDL Driver

Reports to: Program Director

Salary Range: $16 - $18 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday part time or full time hours available

Location: Murray, UT

Join Our Team as a CDL Shuttle Driver!

Do you enjoy being on the move while making a positive impact? We're looking for a dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team! As a CDL Driver, you'll transport Members to and from various destinations, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.

Part time afternoon schedule is available, or full time hours with added youth mentor responsibilities. Seasonal summer position, but with potential to carry over into the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive 16 passenger vans and large school buses, safely transporting Members to their destinations
  • Maintain order and ensure safe behavior among youth passengers during transit and assist in supervision of youth on field trips
  • Conduct thorough safety and operational inspections of assigned vehicles
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as refueling and tire checks
  • Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained for safe operation
  • Complete mileage and passenger count reports accurately
  • Participate in safety, first aid, and other required trainings and meetings
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to meet driving requirements
  • CDL License
  • CPR Certification or willing to obtain CPR Certification
  • Ability to sit upright for extended periods (three hours or more consecutively)
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds sporadically during a regular work shift
  • Physically active with the ability to bend, kneel, reach, and stretch throughout a regular work shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with youth or children

The pay range for this role is:
