Senior Manager of Development & Design

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Development & Design to lead the planning, design, and execution of new store development for both corporate and franchise locations. This role is critical in ensuring brand consistency, efficient project execution, and successful store openings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop initial design layouts for all corporate and franchise locations
  • Create and oversee interior décor elevations to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Manage and coordinate architects, contractors, and vendors across all projects
  • Support franchise partners with vendor selection and ordering, including furniture, décor, tabletops, and kitchen equipment packages
  • Track and manage new store opening timelines, including construction progress, architectural milestones, and permitting status
  • Oversee all corporate permitting and pre-construction processes
  • Conduct on-site visits for corporate and franchise construction projects to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines and design standards
    • Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction management, architecture, interior design, or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with franchise partners
  • Knowledge of permitting, construction processes, and vendor management
