  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans with Professional Account Managers (PAMs), prioritizing accounts, defining sales growth goals, and executing key tactics.
  • Plan and lead regional meetings, collaborate on national sales meetings, manage KOL interactions, and coordinate regional conferences.

  • Alternatively, 2-4 years as a Senior Sales Representative plus 2-4 years as a Brand/Product Manager in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at regional or national levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English; residency in Alberta or BC required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally, to headquarters, and occasionally to the U.S. for national meetings.
  • Experience with change management, strategic implementation, and major project oversight preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance incentives.
  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan and life insurance benefits.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
