This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on building and expanding strategic partnerships within the global biopharma ecosystem. As Director of Global Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the development of key account strategies, driving long-term value creation and revenue growth through deep customer engagement. You will collaborate across multiple business units to deliver integrated solutions and strengthen executive-level relationships. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial execution, and cross-functional leadership. Operating in a dynamic, international environment, you will play a critical role in shaping global partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities across complex organizations.
- Develop and execute global account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships with key biopharma clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, positioning solutions as strategic enablers of customer success.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and business units to align offerings and maximize commercial impact.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding customer workflows, challenges, and evolving market needs.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and timely progression of opportunities.
- Deliver impactful presentations, executive briefings, and strategic workshops to promote value propositions and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends, consortium purchasing models, and competitive dynamics to refine partnership strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or related field.
- Proven experience in life sciences or biopharma, with at least 7+ years in commercial roles.
- Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprise accounts, including experience engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships and complex account portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across global and matrixed organizations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into scalable commercial solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30–50%) to support customer engagement and business development.
