- Lead and develop regional sales managers, ensuring disciplined execution of performance standards and territory strategies.
- Build and scale high-performing field teams through coaching, talent reviews, and structured operating rhythms.
- Translate cross-functional strategy into actionable, field-ready plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and ownership.
- Support enterprise partnerships by driving adoption, expansion, and long-term success in collaboration with managers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary link between field operations and headquarters, surfacing insights, removing blockers, and scaling best practices.
- Identify and develop emerging leaders, foster a high-performance culture, and make high-bar hiring and promotion decisions.
Requirements:
