This role is a strategic HR partner focused on driving operational excellence and workforce effectiveness within manufacturing and operations teams. The HRBP will align HR strategies with business goals, supporting talent development, performance management, and succession planning. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, providing coaching, guidance, and HR expertise to leaders and employees alike. The role also involves analyzing workforce metrics, resolving complex employee relations issues, and implementing HR best practices to enhance engagement and productivity. You will collaborate cross-functionally to foster a high-performing culture while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies. Remote work flexibility is offered, with occasional travel to operational sites for leadership support and training.
- Partner with operations leaders to provide HR guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
- Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, and 9-box assessments
- Analyze workforce data and operational metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Coach managers on employee engagement, career development, and performance improvement strategies
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and escalations
- Collaborate with HR peers to streamline processes and implement HR best practices across operations
- Advise on organizational design and workforce effectiveness, supporting culture initiatives and operational performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles
- 3+ years managing complex employee relations issues
- Experience supporting operations or manufacturing business units
- Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong business acumen and credibility with leaders and teams
