This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Cloud Partner Sales Manager in United States.

This role offers a strategic opportunity to drive cloud partner sales across the Americas, focusing on AWS and GCP ecosystems. You will lead co-sell motions, build joint GTM strategies, and maximize partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. The position involves working closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align cloud marketplace initiatives with business outcomes. You will manage private offers, CSP funding, and account mapping while coaching internal teams on cloud collaboration best practices. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that combines strategic planning, commercial execution, and cross-functional partnership to accelerate AI adoption and revenue growth. You will have the autonomy to shape scalable processes while delivering measurable impact across enterprise accounts.

Accountabilities:
  • Own cloud partner performance across AWS and GCP in the Americas, meeting partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR targets
  • Serve as the primary co-sell contact for internal AEs, providing guidance on CSP collaboration, marketplaces, and funding programs
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans, including target accounts, plays, and marketplace priorities, to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Coordinate account mapping and rep-to-rep alignment, including triads, pipeline reviews, and close-plan sessions
  • Manage end-to-end execution of cloud marketplace offers, from intake to invoicing, ensuring smooth operational processes
  • Secure and operationalize CSP funding for deployments and expansions, coaching teams on effective utilization
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline data, optimize co-sell processes, and contribute to SOPs, playbooks, and dashboards for cloud partnerships
Requirements:
  • 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS experience in partner sales, alliances, or field sales, with 3–5+ years focused on CSP partnerships or marketplace GTM (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proven track record running CSP co-sell motions, including account mapping, joint pipeline reviews, and closing enterprise deals
  • Hands-on experience with cloud marketplaces, private offers, billing/commercial models, and multi-stakeholder execution
  • Knowledge of CSP funding programs to drive pilots, expansions, and ROI-positive deals
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to connect platform capabilities to cloud consumption and business outcomes
  • Strategic, structured, and process-oriented operator, capable of building scalable motions and revenue streams
  • Highly collaborative with experience working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal
  • Multi-cloud experience strongly preferred (AWS and GCP; Azure a plus)
  • Familiarity with CSP co-sell tools and workflows (e.g., ACE, Partner Advantage, Partner Center)
  • Experience partnering with technical pre-sales/SE teams to create repeatable field guidance
  • Travel up to ~10–20% across the Americas and occasionally to company offices/events
Benefits:
  • Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE): $210,000 – $320,000 annually, including potential variable compensation and equity
  • Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous time-off policies and paid wellness days
  • 401(k) plan participation to support long-term goals
  • Home office improvement stipend, plus annual education and wellness stipends
  • Vibrant company culture with regular events and daily healthy lunches
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment, supporting equal opportunities and representation
