- Develop and lead compliance projects, translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans and initiatives
- Oversee progress and monitor compliance metrics, ensuring deadlines, quality, and operational objectives are met
- Act as the primary liaison between compliance teams, department heads, and stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve issues to maintain compliance and project timelines
- Ensure successful implementation of certifications and internal standards, setting benchmarks for quality and operational excellence
- Continuously improve compliance processes, tools, and reporting to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance management, project management, or related roles, with a focus on risk mitigation and problem-solving
- Strong understanding of compliance program development, policy implementation, and standards such as ISO27001
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with modern web tools and project management platforms (e.g., Google Docs, Zapier, Linear)
