Your Role

Guest Experience (Front Desk):

• Greet and guide patients with a warm, professional presence
• Manage registration, scheduling, and insurance updates with accuracy and efficiency
• Help patients understand services, including advanced offerings like genetic testing

Clinical Support (Tech Assistant):

• Prepare patients for imaging and ensure comfort throughout their visit
• Assist technologists, including IV starts (we’ll train you)
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms while keeping pace with a high-volume workflow

Who You Are

• 2+ years in hospitality, high-end retail, or customer service
• Strong communicator who stays calm, organized, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and eager to learn new clinical skills
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
