The Hulbert Outdoor Center is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Seasonal Instructors to lead hands-on, experiential education programs for school, college, and adult groups. Our programs focus on teamwork, leadership, communication, and connection to the outdoors, all on our stunning 400+ acre campus.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate teambuilding games, group challenges, and outdoor activities

• Lead high and low ropes courses (training provided)

• Support day, overnight, and weekend programs and retreats

• Help participants build confidence, community, and leadership skills Details

• Seasonal position (primarily spring and fall)

• Salary plus room and board provided

• Comprehensive training and professional development included

• Strong commitment to educating children and communities

• Experience working with children preferred

• Basic First Aid Certification; Wilderness First Aid Certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license – Clean driving record is desired

• Willingness to be flexible and take on varied tasks that support the program

• Mastery of all levels of training on the Hulbert Ropes Course and essential Hulbert program elements
