Description:

An Apartment Make Ready Technician ensures that empty apartment units are fully prepared for future residents. Responsibilities include preparing apartment units for move-in, including painting, cleaning, drywall repair, and basic maintenance tasks.

$14.00 per hour

Position Requirements:

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

• Monitors and performs make ready duties on vacant units
• Diagnoses problems and repairs for basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and dry wall
• Ensures residential units have been turned in a timely and efficient manner
• Other duties as directed and assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in maintenance service for residential communities, other building maintenance or related trade
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion

Full Time Part Time: Full-Time
