Maintaining inventory control processes that ensure accurate tracking, efficient utilization, and accountability across assigned accounts. This role monitors system transactions, validates data integrity, investigates discrepancies, and implements corrective actions to align physical and system inventory. In partnership with warehouse operations and customer stakeholders, the position manages inventory consumption reporting, supports forecasting and replenishment planning, and ensures compliance with established procedures and service level expectations. Acting as the primary account lead, the role ensures world class customer service and cross functional collaboration with varied stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities:

Support company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by proactively contributing to initiatives that drive strategic goals and organizational successLive our company core values and support a well-organized, respectful, and service-focused work environmentReceiving products and processing orders into the inventory program, reporting quickly issues, discrepancies, and damagesVerifying inventory quantities for customersDaily reporting to customersOn-going verbal and written communication with clientsWorking directly with the warehouse team for receipts and order picking to ensure inventory accuracy, and SLAs are metEnsuring consistent and clear communications with assigned clientsProviding warehouse with complete accurate documentation, and details for activities in a timely fashion.
Work in a collaborative cross-functional fashion with warehouse staff for clients needs.Mindset & Personality:
