Responsibilities:

• Holds overall responsibility for Maintenance Operations.
• Supports manufacturing activities by ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Collaborates closely with the Engineering team to evaluate and resolve production and equipment-related issues.
• Partners with cross-functional teams as needed to expedite effective problem resolution.
• Ensure Maintenance personnel receive appropriate and up-to-date training.
• Provides troubleshooting assistance when necessary.
• Oversee the development, updating, and execution of Preventive Maintenance schedules in compliance with GDP requirements and established timelines.
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Contributes to overall team success by performing additional related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Associates degree, or equivalent.
• A minimum of five years experience in the equipment maintenance field is preferred, medical device experience a plus.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in providing directions and training to maintenance personnel.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word/Excel) are required.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools

Supervision/Management of Others:

• Ability to coach, develop and motivate associates to optimize team effectiveness and enhance team interactions. Ability to impact team morale, sense of belonging and participation.
