To meet our minimum requirements, you must be:

• A seasoned carpenter with at least 2+ years of verifiable general carpentry experience, preferably experience doing decks, framing, and siding.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job, every day.
• Great at communicating with team members and customers.
• Excited to learn and grow with Webfoot.
• Driven to be part of a high-performing team.
