2nd Shift Cut & Wrap Lead – Cheese Production

At Marieke Gouda, our Cut & Wrap team turns award-winning cheese into finished products ready for customers across the country. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to keep this operation running smoothly, efficiently, and with high attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily Cut & Wrap operations (cutting, packaging, labeling, staging)
• Execute production plans based on orders and shipping schedules
• Ensure product accuracy, quality, and food safety compliance
• Train, support, and hold team members accountable
• Keep workflow moving and eliminate bottlenecks
• Coordinate with Production, Aging, and Shipping teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or packaging
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
