About the Role:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily rental operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate contracts, clear communication, and a smooth rental experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and organization.

What You'll D:

• Assist customers with equipment rentals, including preparing contracts and explaining fees
• Process payments, deposits, and credit transactions accurately
• Manage reservations, maintain contract files, and monitor overdue rentals
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries via email
• Recommend equipment and products based on customer needs
• Provide basic equipment operation guidance and assist with occasional yard coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and restock merchandise as needed
• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Support overall rental operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment

This role is primarily based in an office and showroom setting, with occasional time spent in the yard. The position requires prolonged sitting, frequent customer interaction, and regular use of computers and office equipment. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions may occur.
