Remote \u007C US-based Company Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST) Location: Open to LATAM - Candidates based in Argentina, Perú, Colombia, Guatemala, Philippines. English Level: Advanced / C1 (mandatory)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns for clients of a US-based company. This role is performance-driven and client-facing, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, strategy, and continuous optimization.

You will be responsible for owning paid media accounts, analyzing performance, and implementing best practices to achieve and exceed client KPIs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads

• Lead campaign strategy, execution, testing, and ongoing optimization

• Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights

• Identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Strategy and New Business

• Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices ** Requirements**

• 2+ years of experience working in Paid Media / Performance Marketing

• Strong experience with Google Ads, especially Search campaigns

• Google Ads Certification (preferred)

• Familiarity with Bing Ads, Display, and remarketing strategies

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in client-facing roles

• Advanced English (C1) – daily communication with US clients

• Ability to work full-time during CST hours

Nice to Have

• Experience working remotely with US-based companies

• Familiarity with social ads platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Strong reporting and presentation skills
