About the Role:

The Commercial HVAC Sales position within the HVAC construction industry is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying and securing new commercial clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires a strategic approach to understanding client needs and offering tailored HVAC solutions that align with their project goals and budgets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other project managers, estimators, and internal sales and management teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services. They will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to position the Company competitively and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Ultimately, this role aims to increase revenue, expand market presence, and contribute to the overall success of our HVAC business across the Metroplex.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in commercial HVAC sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC processes, terminology, and project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large-scale commercial HVAC projects or infrastructure developments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.
  • Professional certifications related to sales or construction, such as Certified Construction Sales Professional (CCSP).
  • Established network of contacts within the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to meet clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target commercial HVAC clients across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including project management, estimating, and operations to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
