In this role, you will act as a key driver of successful enterprise software implementations, guiding customers from project initiation through to go-live. You will partner closely with clients, internal teams, and implementation partners to ensure smooth deployment of a leading SaaS spend management platform. The position combines strong project leadership with hands-on functional expertise, requiring you to align technology with business outcomes. You will manage complex implementation programs, identify risks early, and ensure delivery stays on time, on budget, and within scope. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will also influence process optimization and adoption best practices across procurement and finance workflows. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global exposure.
As Engagement Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of a complex SaaS platform. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage delivery risks, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Lead full implementation lifecycle activities, from mobilization and planning through configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Oversee project governance, including risk management, reporting, resource planning, and escalation handling.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure seamless delivery execution.
- Facilitate process optimization discussions and guide clients on procurement and finance best practices.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to tailor solutions to client-specific business requirements.
- Ensure smooth adoption and successful transition to post-implementation support.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise software delivery and client-facing consulting, with the ability to manage complex projects in SaaS environments. You combine structured project management skills with deep understanding of finance or procurement workflows and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, implementation, or client-facing delivery roles.
- Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, AP, or expense management processes.
- Proven background in SaaS implementation and enterprise software delivery.
- Strong project management skills, including timelines, budgeting, and change management.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Concur, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Ability to manage client expectations, escalations, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project needs.
