Accountabilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership to improve commercial effectiveness, optimize funnel performance, and increase revenue productivity.
  • Lead strategic projects across product, legal, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
  • Support enterprise customer acquisition efforts by developing value propositions, commercial proposals, and strategic engagement plans.
  • Coordinate market launches and expansion initiatives, aligning stakeholders across functions to ensure operational readiness.
  • Drive go-to-market experiments using data analysis and business insights to improve conversion, efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
  • Build scalable processes for lead generation, onboarding, territory planning, and commercial operations.
  • Translate long-range business objectives into actionable plans, budgets, KPIs, and measurable execution roadmaps.
  • Gather customer and market feedback to identify product opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, revenue strategy, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong background in high-growth technology, financial services, fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product, operations, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions, optimize processes, and measure outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for executive and frontline audiences.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including proposal development, pricing logic, or enterprise deal support.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, execution discipline, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience scaling enterprise go-to-market motions in a late-stage technology company is highly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus potential, and equity opportunities where applicable.
  • Remote flexibility and modern work arrangements depending on business needs.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Retirement savings options and financial wellbeing programs.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and wellness support initiatives.
  • Professional development resources, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Exposure to high-impact global projects in a fast-growing international business.
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on ownership, innovation, and growth.
  • Opportunity to work alongside top-tier talent solving complex global commerce challenges.
