About This Position

Sr. Product Analytics Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Analytics Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, serving as the primary analytical driver behind key product decisions within a fast-growing, mission-driven digital health environment. You will partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that shape roadmap priorities and business strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and design experiments that directly influence user experience and platform growth. This is a highly visible individual contributor role where your work will directly impact partner adoption, engagement, and retention. You will thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment that values analytical rigor, curiosity, and real-world impact. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across experimentation, modeling, and advanced analytics.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end product analytics initiatives, translating broad business questions into structured analytical approaches that drive product and partnership strategy.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret key product metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, engagement, and lifetime value to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments, defining success criteria and communicating results to influence product direction.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and proactive data exploration to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across product and partner ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain analytical models to assess the impact of new features and inform prioritization of product roadmap investments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making into product development and business strategy discussions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including at least 2+ years focused on product analytics in a digital product environment.
  • Strong expertise in product performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable business and product insights.
  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including experimental design, execution, and statistical interpretation.
  • Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow or similar) and BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
  • Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and communicating complex analytical findings in a clear, business-oriented way.
  • Strong SQL skills; advanced experience with Python or R for analytics, modeling, and working with event-based data is highly valued.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments and connect analytics work to strategic product and growth outcomes.
Benefits
  • Fully remote-first work environment across the United States (excluding Hawaii)
  • Transparent and competitive compensation with equity eligibility ($190,825 – $213,275 base range)
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA options
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Generous paid time off, including company-wide shutdown periods for rest and recovery
  • Paid parental leave for all parents (birthing, non-birthing, adoptive, and foster)
  • Home office setup stipend for remote work support
  • Quarterly team stipend for collaboration, engagement, and offsite activities
  • Employee Assistance Program supporting mental and physical well-being
  • Access to wellness initiatives, learning sessions, and employee resource groups fostering inclusion and belonging.
