In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the VP of Marketing and executing important marketing initiatives. As a key contributor, your work will influence how the organization prepares for launches and communicates with various stakeholders. You will interact with cross-functional teams and ensure that all marketing operations run smoothly, reflecting the dynamic nature of the biopharmaceutical industry.
Accountabilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Marketing.
  • Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for various meetings.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives and key deliverables.
  • Assist with brand budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing programs.
  • Help maintain organized marketing assets and files.
  • Act as a resource across marketing projects as priorities evolve.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in administrative support or marketing coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong interest in marketing and commercial execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
