- Provide technical oversight and coordination during vendor-performed maintenance and mechanical service activities
- Document maintenance activities, equipment condition, and technical findings with accuracy and discipline
- Maintain readiness of HVAC tools, commonly used spare parts, and mechanical work areas to support safe and effective execution
- Provide mechanical technical support during incidents, audits, maintenance windows, and cross-functional activities within authorized scope
- Strong hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems in data centers, industrial facilities, hospitals, or other critical environments
- Deep understanding of cooling systems, airflow, refrigeration circuits, mechanical controls, and environmental performance
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and safely in a live critical environment
- Strong working knowledge of refrigerant handling, lockout/tagout, PPE, and mechanical safety practices
- Experience supporting maintenance execution, vendor coordination, and return-to-service validation
- Attention to detail in documentation, equipment condition reporting, and safe work execution
Leadership Profile
