Clinic LPN at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center – Anniston, Alabama

Responsible for the delivery of individualized patient care to assigned patients by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Work is performed in accordance with Patient Services Standards of Care and professional standards of practice. Responsible for maintaining all phases of patient charts. Triages patients, prepares orders and charts for physician. Performs general office duties, answers phones, schedules office appointments, contacts patients as needed to reschedule appointments, promotes good public relations, and orders office supplies. Schedules surgeries, coordinates pre-admission testing; attends appropriate meetings; and performs various duties as assigned.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing evidenced by current Alabama LPN license.

Two years of previous clinical experience preferably in an office setting

Current Alabama LPN license. BLS training required.
