This role is focused on driving enterprise-level revenue growth within the hospitality technology space by building strong, consultative relationships with high-value clients. You will engage with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and position data-driven SaaS solutions that enhance guest engagement and maximize direct booking revenue. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, solution selling, and hands-on deal execution in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers while collaborating closely with internal sales engineering and product teams. Success in this role depends on your ability to simplify complex value propositions and translate them into measurable business impact. - Drive enterprise new business acquisition by initiating relationships, engaging senior stakeholders, delivering tailored proposals, and closing high-value SaaS deals.
- Use a consultative, value-based sales approach to identify client needs and position solutions that align with business objectives and ROI expectations.
- Manage full sales cycles including prospecting, negotiation, forecasting, and contract execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with sales engineering and technical teams to effectively position solutions and support complex deal execution.
- Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities by deeply understanding client goals and platform usage.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools to ensure visibility and execution discipline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, including at least 2+ years in enterprise-level sales roles.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Strong experience in hospitality tech, SaaS, or analytics/data-driven solution selling is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Sandler.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Gong.
- Ability to simplify complex technical or business concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
