AI Product Manager at Jobgether – India

This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and product strategy, driving the development of a high-performance GPU-accelerated platform for large-scale AI and machine learning workloads.
You will define and execute the product vision, shaping how developers, data scientists, and enterprises build and deploy AI systems at scale.
The position requires close collaboration with engineering, research, and executive teams to translate complex technical capabilities into scalable product solutions.
You will lead the roadmap for advanced AI infrastructure services spanning training, inference, optimization, and distributed compute environments.

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for a GPU-accelerated cloud services platform spanning IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing features based on technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic business impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver AI infrastructure capabilities including model training, inference optimization, and distributed computing services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and enterprise users to identify opportunities and improve product usability and performance.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch execution in collaboration with marketing and growth teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, partners, and technical communities to support product adoption.
• Define and track key product metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in performance, engagement, and customer value.
• Contribute to ecosystem expansion by supporting the development of privacy-preserving, scalable AI infrastructure across distributed networks.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years focused on technical AI infrastructure or platform products.
• Strong experience with AI/ML systems such as model training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, and related workflows.
• Hands-on understanding of GPU compute infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems beyond API-level usage.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their ecosystem services.
• Exposure to AI-focused platforms such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Scale AI, or Together AI.
• Strong understanding of machine learning model architectures, training dynamics, and optimization techniques.
• Proven ability to define and track product KPIs and measure success through data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in high-growth or fast-scaling technology environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Degree in engineering, computer science, physical sciences, or a related technical field.
