HVAC Service Technician Technical Expert and Customer Advocate

You will serve as the face of the company, combining high-level technical diagnostics with exceptional people skills. • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures in residential and commercial HVAC systems with precision.

• Translate technical jargon into simple, easy-to-understand terms for customers to help them make informed repair decisions.

• Execute high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance that extend the lifespan of client equipment.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships through friendly, professional conversation and a clean-cut presence.

• Collaborate with the field operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction ratings.

• Mentor peers by sharing diagnostic "best practices" and contributing to the groups collective technical growth.

• Maintain an organized service vehicle and accurate digital records of all service calls and parts used.

• Proven experience as a Service Technician within the HVAC trade.

• Valid Drivers License and EPA Certification are mandatory for this role.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse personalities.

• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.

• Ability to work independently while representing the company's "personable" brand values.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional HVAC service experience.

• Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification (NATE certification preferred).

• Demonstrated history of high performance in customer-facing service roles.
