Summary:
We are looking for an Outbound Recruiter who understands that high-caliber sales professionals aren’t looking for jobs—they need to be found. This is a high-impact, high-activity role where you will be the engine behind our company’s ambitious sales growth.
As our Outbound Recruiter, you won’t just "fill seats." You will actively source, engage, and qualify the high-performing Sales Representatives who will drive our revenue. You’ll own the top-of-funnel, using every tool in your arsenal—calls, texts, LinkedIn, and creative social outreach—to build relationships from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the top-of-funnel by aggressively sourcing passive candidates through cold calls, texts, LinkedIn, and social outreach—turning cold leads into warm candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Outbound Sales roles, from the first "hello" through to final offer negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-energy phone screens and behavioral interviews to ensure every candidate has the "sales DNA," resilience, and cultural fit we require.
- Collaborate directly with Sales Leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and adjust sourcing strategies based on real-time team needs.
- Maintain a clean, fast-moving pipeline using our tech stack to ensure no high-potential talent falls through the cracks.
- Analyze and report on key metrics—such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness—to provide visibility into your progress toward hiring goals.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume sales or talent acquisition environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
