At Cattlemens, we believe great service starts with great people. As a Cocktail Server, you’ll be part of a team that delivers fast, friendly, and professional beverage service—creating an experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

What You’ll Do

• Provide prompt and courteous beverage service to all guests.
• Ensure initial drink delivery within five minutes—garnished and prepared exactly to recipe standards.
• Offer and deliver refills proactively, ensuring guests never have to ask twice.
• Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with care and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management to uphold Cattlemens’ standards of four-star hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, attentive, and professional service attitude.
• Previous cocktail or restaurant serving experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Knowledge of basic beverage service and garnishing standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
