- Strategic planning, launch, and continuous improvement of the Saviynt community forums to align them with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community platform, ensuring technical performance, feature functionality, and content governance are maintained.
- Develop and implement engagement programs, moderation policies, and content strategies to drive participation and positive user experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to integrate community insights into business processes and product development cycles.
- Monitor and analyze community KPIs (e.g., active users, engagement rate, self- service deflection) and report on performance to stakeholders.
- Identify, recruit, and empower community advocates and super-users to contribute valuable content and support their peers.
- Ensure all community activities and content adhere to company brand standards and legal guidelines.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Project Lead, Community Management, or similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing communities on the Khoros Platform or similar community engagement software (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, inSided, Higher Logic).
- Demonstrated ability to drive a community strategy from concept through execution and optimization.
- Strong experience with analytics and reporting tools to measure community health and business impact.
- Advanced skills in Google Slides for clear and compelling presentation of community strategy and performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with technical and non-technical users.
- Exceptional project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
