Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in IT management preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage medium to large teams.

• Experience in executing HR-related processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Understanding of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
