- Builds long-term relationships within team and amongst peers.
- Sets and executes team strategy, including objectives and policies for the area of responsibility.
- Leads and influences employees through change.
- Executes HR-related processes and develops staff through coaching and mentoring.
- Models accountability for direct reports and peers.
- Anticipates issues and develops preventive measures.
- Initiates and implements continuous improvements in IT responsibilities.
- Works closely with other departments to recommend and implement technology solutions.
- Manages day-to-day work of employees by monitoring budgets and project delivery.
- 7 or more years of experience in IT management preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage medium to large teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in executing HR-related processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Understanding of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Competitive salary range from $110,000 to $170,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
