- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations of the actuarial department.
- Manage time and resources for cross-department projects.
- Assume ownership of strategic projects and define objectives.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication within the team.
- Encourage innovation and proactive problem-solving.
- Monitor market and industry trends for competitive analysis.
- Provide ongoing feedback and professional development for team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related field.
- 7 years of actuarial experience in the area of specialization.
- 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification required.
- Strong analytical, supervisory, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of premium rate calculations, required reserves, and predictive analytics.
- Competitive salary range of $108,000 - $201,800.
