- Build robust account plans to maximize opportunities with tier 1 and 2 ISV and strategic technology partners
- Apply a solution sales methodology to retain and grow valuable partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to bring innovative ideas to life
- Utilize a consultative and analytical approach to maximize revenue opportunities with strategic partners
- Lead complex commercial negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Advocate the 'One Elavon' proposition and collaborate with various segments and geographies
- Maintain a high awareness of the payment market, competitors, and internal activities
- Achieve agreed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales objectives
- Demonstrable experience in achieving targets focused on new business acquisition
- Well-developed understanding of complex partnership development skills
- Broad commercial and financial acumen in contract negotiation
- Proven ability to maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels
- 5+ years of experience in a payments role, including exposure to acquiring and payment gateway/POS solutions
- Experience launching new partnerships in collaboration with product and marketing teams
- Knowledge of payment ecosystems and the role of technology platforms, ISVs, and Developers
