The role:


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior IT Engineer to join our company. As the

Senior IT Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and support of

our IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills,

and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


We are not looking for a cog in the machine — we need a creative, proactive thinker who will actively

shape and build our IT ecosystem, driving innovation and helping architect solutions that power

Capacity’s future.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain scalable and secure internal IT solutions that empower and support our team members.Build Workflows in Okta and Rippling (HRIS).Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex IT issues.Manage and administer multiple SaaS platforms.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Mentor junior IT staff members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.Requirements:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role.Experience (5-7 years) with desktop operating systems (macOS, Windows 11, Linux Ubuntu).Experience with Okta and building Okta Workflows.Experience (3-5 years) with Mobile Device Management (JumpCloud, Intune).Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Associate Google Workspace Administrator, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.You are motivated by:
