About This Position

At DK Law, we don’t just represent our clients. We stand with them, all the way.

We’re modern injury and accident attorneys who go all the way for every client, from every background. At the heart of our work is a simple but powerful belief: every client’s experience matters, and we honor it as if it were our own. From the very first call to the final resolution, we approach every case with the mindset that it’s going the distance.

That same mindset fuels our workplace culture. We’re a team of purpose-driven professionals who care deeply, move fast, and never lose sight of the human side of what we do. If you're passionate about making an impact, growing with a team that values excellence and empathy, and being part of something bigger, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, client-focused Case Manager to guide injured clients through the personal injury claim process and ensure they receive exceptional service at every step. This role requires empathy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage medical treatment coordination while maintaining clear, professional communication with clients, providers, and internal teams.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee a high-volume pre-litigation caseload while ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the claim process
  • Guide injured clients through the personal injury claims process and assist in coordinating appropriate medical care
  • Act as a liaison between clients and medical providers, providing clarity on recommended treatment plans and next steps
  • Review and summarize medical records and diagnostic reports to assist attorneys in evaluating injury claims and case value
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and timely updates within the CRM and case management system, with a strong emphasis on Litify
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, medical teams, and internal departments to move cases forward efficiently
  • Provide professional guidance and support to junior team members as needed, contributing to overall team performance
  • Role may include other relevant duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of Personal Injury Law experience with a strong focus on medical management and client-facing case handling
  • Proven ability to manage large, high-volume caseloads while maintaining accuracy, organization, and client satisfaction
  • Strong working knowledge of personal injury medical treatment workflows, including surgical and non-surgical care
  • Hands-on experience using CRMs, with Litify experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working professionally in a fast-paced environment and supporting or managing a team
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and personal injury case management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Initiative-driven, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing deadlines effectively
