- Execute Strategic Sourcing and Market Intelligence: Design and implement global research strategies using advanced Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to map competitor organizations and identify high-quality, passive executive talent.
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Hiring Executives and Human Resources Business Partners to translate complex business needs into actionable search strategies and diverse candidate slates.
- Manage the Executive Candidate Lifecycle: Lead specific executive searches independently while ensuring a premium, high-touch experience for prospects from initial outreach through to qualification and offer negotiation.
- 6+ years of experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources, with at least 4 years specifically focused on executive-level hiring.
- Strong knowledge of advanced recruitment tools, including expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday), and the development of impactful presentations for executive audiences.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, demonstrating the confidence to advise senior executives and the agility to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving business climate.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience, coupled with a deep commitment to moving the needle on diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring.
