This role will be pivotal in shaping the Peripheral & Neuro Vascular business landscape across the Benelux region. Your leadership will drive a dynamic sales team and ensure high performance standards through active customer engagement and effective case support. Collaborating closely with other leadership and marketing functions, you will translate strategic priorities into successful field execution, making a significant impact on market growth and patient outcomes. This position offers an opportunity to lead innovative market developments that enhance the lives of patients using advanced medical technologies.Accountabilities
  • Lead from the field by actively participating in customer meetings and commercial activities.
  • Coach and develop a skilled sales team across Benelux with hands-on feedback and role modeling.
  • Define and execute regional commercial strategies in collaboration with other leadership roles.
  • Drive successful product launches and market development through customer engagement.
  • Support cases as an expert, navigating complex discussions and demonstrating best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and purchasing groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, adjusting priorities based on market insights.
Requirements
  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Peripheral Vascular, Neurovascular, or Cardiology within the MedTech industry.
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience with sales teams in a regional setup.
  • Strong background in field sales execution, customer engagement, and leadership.
  • Proven track record in market development and successful product launches.
  • Understanding of market access and reimbursement processes in the Benelux region.
  • A pragmatic leadership style with hands-on coaching capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and resilience under pressure.
  • Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with CV required in English.
